Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services offered via tropaze.com as presented on the Tropez page, and set out the legally binding terms and conditions that apply to your use of our products and services. The operator is Universe Entertainment Services Malta Limited, a Maltese limited liability company licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/B2C/249/2013, recorded as active in the MGA register as of 15 January 2025 (subject to any subsequent regulatory changes). By accessing or using the website or opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Universe Entertainment Services Malta Limited provides remote casino gaming services on a cross-border basis from Malta. The services available via tropaze.com are not licensed by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, and therefore users in the United Kingdom do not benefit from UKGC supervision or from UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes such as IBAS in relation to this service. Your account and any disputes arising from it fall under the oversight of the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the competent Maltese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers or otherwise using the services offered via tropaze.com as accessed through the Tropez presentation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gambling information, game rules and any specific promotional or bonus terms that may apply from time to time. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the services and should cease using the website immediately.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply in the singular and plural, and in any grammatical form, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
- Operator means Universe Entertainment Services Malta Limited, a company established in Malta providing online gaming services via tropaze.com under licence MGA/B2C/249/2013 issued by the Malta Gaming Authority.

- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, whether or not they register an Account, and in particular any individual who opens an Account and participates in the games using real or virtual funds.
- Account means a personal, single-user gaming account registered in the name of a Player on the Website, which is used to hold funds, track wagers, bonuses, winnings and losses, and manage the Player's interaction with the services.
- Games means any casino games, including but not limited to slot games, table games, live dealer games, and any other interactive gaming products made available on the Website from time to time.
- Bet or Wager means any stake of real money or, where applicable, bonus funds or other credits placed by a Player on the outcome of a Game offered on the Website.
- Bonus means any funds, credits, free spins, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards or other promotional benefits that are credited to a Player's Account subject to specific conditions, including wagering and eligibility requirements.
- Promotion means any bonus offer, tournament, competition, prize draw or other marketing campaign communicated by the Operator that may confer a benefit or incentive to a Player subject to applicable terms.
- Real Money Balance means the portion of the funds in a Player's Account that consists of deposits not associated with an active bonus and any winnings derived from such deposits, which may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
- Bonus Balance means the portion of the funds or credits in a Player's Account that is derived from Bonuses and winnings from those Bonuses, which may be subject to wagering and other conditions before they can be converted into Real Money Balance.
- Payment Method means any debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, prepaid voucher, alternative payment solution or other method that we accept from time to time for deposits and/or withdrawals, as listed in the cashier section of the Website. For UK-based Users, we do not accept credit cards for gambling transactions where prohibited by law.

- Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Malta on which banks are generally open for business.
Account Registration
Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of their country of residence may open an Account and use the services. It is strictly prohibited for persons under 18, or under any higher age of majority specified by applicable law, to register or participate in the Games. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory evidence is not provided. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not illegal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Website from a country or territory in which the services are restricted.

You may hold only one Account with the Operator; multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, with balances handled in accordance with these Terms. You must not act on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
We reserve the right to refuse to open an Account, to close or suspend an existing Account, and to refuse to accept or to cancel Bets at our absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, abuse, money laundering or responsible gambling concerns. Where we close an Account, we will, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations, refund any remaining Real Money Balance to you within a reasonable time, less any amounts that we are entitled to withhold under these Terms. You may request closure of your Account at any time via the tools on the Website or by contacting customer support; upon closure, and subject to KYC and security checks, we will pay out your Real Money Balance and void any unused Bonuses and associated Bonus Balances.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
All Bets placed on the Website are subject to these Terms, the specific rules of each Game as displayed within the Game client or help pages, and any applicable regulatory requirements. To place a Bet, you must be logged into your Account with a sufficient available balance (Real Money Balance or, where permitted, Bonus Balance). The minimum and maximum stakes for each Game or Bet type are displayed in the Game interface or cashier and may be adjusted by the Operator from time to time at its discretion. Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by our systems, it is deemed to be final and binding; Bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except where the relevant Game explicitly allows for such actions before the Bet is accepted or where we agree to a cancellation in exceptional circumstances.
Games are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers and, where required by applicable regulations, are tested for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each Game is determined by the underlying random number generator (RNG) or live-dealer process, as applicable, and is not influenced by your past results or betting patterns. It is strictly prohibited to engage in collusion, use automated betting systems or bots, exploit software bugs or loopholes, engage in "advantage play" that relies on clear technical or rules-based errors, or otherwise seek unfair advantage. In live casino chats or other communication channels you must not harass, insult, threaten, defame or abuse dealers, other players or staff; you must not use racist, sexist, obscene or otherwise offensive language; and you must not advertise third-party services or solicit others to engage in unlawful activities. We may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, and remove chat privileges where we reasonably suspect breach of these rules, and we may report serious misconduct to the relevant authorities or the Malta Gaming Authority.
All times, representations of odds, game rules and prize structures displayed on the Website are for information purposes; in case of conflict between the information displayed on the Website and our internal records, the latter will prevail. We reserve the right to remove or amend any Game, to change the rules or parameters of any Game in accordance with regulatory requirements and good practice, and to refuse to honour Bets placed in breach of these Terms or of the applicable Game rules. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each Game before placing Bets.
Bonus Terms
From time to time we may offer Bonuses and Promotions to new and existing Players via tropaze.com, including as presented on the Tropez page. Each Bonus or Promotion is subject to these general Bonus Terms and to any specific terms advertised in connection with the offer (the "Specific Bonus Terms"). In the event of conflict, the Specific Bonus Terms shall prevail. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable conditions before opting in or participating. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and may not be used in a way that we consider abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
Bonuses may be credited automatically when you meet the eligibility criteria (for example, making a qualifying deposit) or may require you to opt-in, enter a bonus code, or select the Bonus in the cashier. A Bonus may be subject to wagering requirements, meaning that you must wager a stated multiple of the Bonus, the deposit, or both, within a specified timeframe before any associated Bonus Balance or winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Only Bets on eligible Games and Game categories contribute towards the wagering requirement, and different Games may contribute at different rates (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all). Bonuses and free spins may be subject to additional restrictions, such as maximum bet limits while wagering is in progress, maximum convertible winnings, excluded Games or Game categories, and expiry dates. If you exceed the specified maximum bet while a Bonus is active, or if you attempt to use strategies that unduly minimise risk (for example, betting simultaneously on both red and black in roulette, or progressing through Games with very low volatility solely to clear wagering), we may regard this as Bonus abuse and may void the Bonus and any associated winnings. Promotions generally cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted; where multiple Promotions are active, wagering requirements may be applied sequentially or as otherwise described in the Specific Bonus Terms. We reserve the right to limit eligibility for Bonuses (for example, to certain countries, payment methods or player segments) and to withdraw or modify any Bonus or Promotion, provided that rights already acquired by you are not unreasonably affected.
If we reasonably believe that a Bonus or Promotion has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or the Specific Bonus Terms, or that a Player or group of Players has engaged in collusion, multiple-accounting, hedge betting, matched betting, or any attempt to secure guaranteed profits from a Bonus irrespective of the outcome of the Games, we may cancel the Bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and, where appropriate, permanently close the relevant Account(s). In such circumstances we may retain any Real Money Balance that we reasonably believe to be attributable to fraudulent or abusive conduct, subject to applicable law and regulatory guidance. Bonus funds have no cash value until all relevant conditions have been satisfied and they have been converted to Real Money Balance in accordance with these Terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
You may fund your Account by using any Payment Method that is made available in the cashier section of the Website and that is legally and operationally permitted in your jurisdiction. For Users in the United Kingdom, we do not accept deposits made by credit cards or by any other payment instrument that is treated as a credit card under applicable UK rules. We may allow deposits via debit cards, selected e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers and other secure payment services. We may, where permitted by law and as explicitly listed in the cashier, also support certain alternative payment or digital asset solutions; such methods may be subject to additional terms, conversion fees or processing conditions. The minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as any applicable fees or currency conversion arrangements, are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time. We do not generally charge deposit fees, but your bank, card issuer or payment provider may impose charges, which are your responsibility.
All deposits must originate from Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. You must not use business accounts, third-party Payment Methods or Payment Methods that you are not lawfully entitled to use. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify ownership of any Payment Method used and to block deposits or withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Funds deposited into your Account are intended solely for the purpose of placing Bets; you must not use your Account as a bank account, payment wallet or money transfer vehicle. We may, at our discretion, treat any repeated deposits and withdrawals without substantial gameplay as an abuse of our systems and may cancel transactions, return funds to the original Payment Method, and close the Account where appropriate.
Withdrawals may be requested via the cashier subject to any applicable wagering requirements, KYC checks and security reviews. We will, where possible, process withdrawals back to the same Payment Method used for deposit, in line with anti-money laundering and card scheme rules. We may set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day or per month, as indicated in the cashier or in your Account interface. We endeavour to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times may vary depending on internal checks, the volume of requests and the processing times of banks and payment providers. Before approving a withdrawal, we may require you to complete full KYC verification and to provide additional information regarding the source of your funds or wealth. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, breach of sanctions, misuse of Payment Methods, chargeback risk or other unlawful activity, we may suspend withdrawals, freeze your Account, void pending Bets and report the matter to relevant authorities and the Malta Gaming Authority. If a deposit is charged back, reversed or otherwise cancelled, we may deduct the amount of the chargeback and any related fees from your Account balance, and we may void any winnings or Bonuses that we reasonably attribute to the reversed funds. Refunds of deposits are granted only in exceptional circumstances and at our absolute discretion; where a refund is granted, we may void all associated gameplay and winnings to restore your Account to the state prior to the relevant transactions.
Limitation of Liability
We shall provide the services with reasonable skill and care, and we shall take reasonable measures to ensure that the Games operate fairly and in accordance with their published rules, that your Account records are maintained accurately, and that the Website is available and functioning in a secure manner. However, your use of the Website, the Games and any related services is at your own risk, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) failures of telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, hardware or software outside our direct control; (b) Technical Errors, system outages, delays, data loss, corruption or unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control; (c) your misuse of the Website, including failure to comply with these Terms, use of outdated or insecure devices, or failure to keep your login credentials secure; (d) any viruses, malware or other malicious code introduced by third parties; (e) decisions made by you based on information or results provided by the Games; or (f) any loss of chance or opportunity to participate in a Game.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Games, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the higher of: (i) the net amount of the Bet or Bets placed by you and accepted by us in relation to which the liability has arisen; or (ii) the total amount of deposits you have made in your Account in the 90 days preceding the incident, less any withdrawals processed in that period. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials made available on or through the Website, including but not limited to software, source code, object code, algorithms, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, domain names, text, images, audio-visual content, user interfaces and layouts, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, its licensors or other third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and the Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not, and you must not permit any third party to, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, publish, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or the Games, except to the extent that such acts cannot be prohibited under applicable law. You must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright or proprietary notices on the Website.
"Tropez" and any associated logos, as well as any other trademarks used on the Website, whether registered or unregistered, are trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. Any unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not register domain names, social media handles or other identifiers that include or are confusingly similar to our marks, nor may you falsely imply any association, endorsement or sponsorship by the Operator. If you print, copy, download, share or otherwise use any part of the Website in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed by Universe Entertainment Services Malta Limited as data controller in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Maltese Data Protection Act and, for Users located in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 to the extent applicable. The Privacy Policy available on tropaze.com explains in detail the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the legal bases for processing, the retention periods and your rights as a data subject.
By registering an Account and using the services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein, to the extent that such consent is required by law. We may share your data with group companies, regulators (including the Malta Gaming Authority), financial institutions, payment providers, fraud-prevention agencies and other service providers where necessary for the provision of the services, for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and for the protection of our legitimate interests, always in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes in our services, in applicable laws or regulations, in regulatory guidance, or for reasons of security, responsible gambling, risk management or operational efficiency. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice where practicable, for example by publishing the updated Terms on tropaze.com, posting a notice or banner on the Website, and/or sending an email or account message to the contact details registered in your Account. The updated Terms will specify their effective date, which will not be earlier than the date of publication, except where an immediate change is required by law or by a regulator.

Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your Account and/or restrict your access to the Website and the Games at any time where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to rules on age restrictions, multiple Accounts, Bonus abuse, collusion or responsible gambling controls; (b) you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC, or you have failed to provide requested documentation; (c) your use of the services gives rise to concerns relating to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity; (d) we are required to do so by law, by a competent authority or by the Malta Gaming Authority; or (e) there are responsible gambling concerns, including evidence of problematic or harmful gambling behaviour.
Where we suspend your Account, we will, where legally permitted, inform you of the reason for the suspension and any steps you may take to seek reinstatement. While your Account is suspended, you will not be able to deposit, place Bets or withdraw funds. We may, during suspension, undertake additional checks, request further documentation, or impose Responsible Gambling Tools, such as deposit limits or time-outs. If, following our investigations, the grounds for suspension are resolved to our satisfaction, we may lift the suspension and restore your access. If the grounds are not resolved or if we consider that continued use of the services would pose an unacceptable risk, we may proceed to close your Account.
If we terminate your Account for cause, we may, subject to any overriding legal obligations, void open Bets, forfeit Bonuses and associated Bonus Balances, and retain all or part of your Real Money Balance to the extent we reasonably believe it is attributable to unlawful or abusive conduct. If we terminate your Account without cause (for example, as part of a general business decision to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction), we will refund your Real Money Balance and allow you to withdraw any undisputed funds, subject to standard KYC and security checks. You may terminate your Account at any time by using the closure tools in your Account or by contacting customer support; in such cases, we will, subject to applicable law and regulatory obligations, pay out your Real Money Balance and void all Bonuses and associated Bonus Balances.
In addition to voluntary Account closure, you may choose to apply self-exclusion or other Responsible Gambling Tools via the Website. Self-exclusion will prevent you from accessing your Account and from opening new Accounts for the duration of the exclusion period. We will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but you must not attempt to circumvent it by opening new Accounts or using different personal details. Termination, suspension and self-exclusion do not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to such actions, including our right to recover any amounts owed and your responsibility for any breaches of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, your Account and any Bet or transaction entered into with the Operator through the Website are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country where you are habitually resident, including the United Kingdom where relevant. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, the Games or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malta, located in Valletta, except where applicable law provides that you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable laws, including your right to bring proceedings in local courts where such a right is mandated by law and cannot be excluded by agreement. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
